Hello Austin For Sale By Owner Group,

First, a big thank you to everyone that attended our first Meetup this week. It was casual and informal, and I personally learned a lot from others in the group. I wanted to share a couple things with you:

1) I uploaded the handout slides in PDF to the Meetup group, so feel free to download.

2) I created two polls (questions) in the Meetup group. The first is when we should have the next Meetup - November, December, or January. I'm somewhat partial to after the holidays but I'll let others chime in. Secondly, I put a few possible Meetup topics such as having a mortgage broker come in and talk about what is involved in the closing process, or a loan officer talk about the loan process, etc.

Please let me know your thoughts on the next Meetup and I will get it scheduled.
